Passion Pictures is an independent production company based in Sydney, Australia. The company’s vision is to create images and tell stories that will inspire audiences, and make films and programs that will always attempt to push the envelope, both in concept and execution.

Rene Hernandez (Writer/Director)
Rene Hernandez is an award winning writer/director whose short films have screened at numerous film festivals around the world. Rene started out in dance, performance and theatre, but quickly found his passion and inspiration in telling stories for the screen that touch audiences. Cinematic style is just as important to him as powerful and inspirational narratives with emotive performances. Aside from the film projects he also directs commercials and promos for a variety of clients, bringing his professionalism and dedication to whatever project he undertakes.

Jules Nemcich (Production)
Jules graduated with a Media Degree in film production in 2003 and has been working as a professional voice over artist for the past 8 years, represented by Kathy Evans Voice Management (see www.kathyevans.com.au). She has written and directed several short films and documentaries that have screened at national and international film festivals. In mid 2007 Jules joined Passion Pictures to bring her own filmmaking passion to the production team.
